I began working as a Leasing Professional at The Pointe at Western student housing (Kalamazoo, MI) in December 2011.

While in this position I was responsible for identifying prospective customers using lead generating methods and performing an average of 60 cold calls per day resulting in an average of 25 new leases each month. I also developed and maintained long-term relationships with  small business entities and contributed in the creation of promotional programs to optimize leasing numbers.
I collaborated with management to create various incentive programs to increase new leases and retention rates as well as Assisted Marketing Manager with weekly marketing reports and competition surveys.
